At Mason Grei Acres we take pride in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our precious Havanese puppies to their forever homes. Our shipping methods are designed to provide comfort and security to our furry passengers while meticulously crafted to ensure their safety throughout the journey. We use a transport service in the event you are unable to pick up your puppy, or we are unable to reasonably meet. As for costs, rest assured that we strive to keep them as reasonable as possible, considering the specialized care and attention each puppy receives.
We understand the anticipation of welcoming a new family member, and we are committed to making the process as smooth as possible for our clients.
Health Guarantee & No Shame Surrender
At Mason Grei Acres, we prioritize the satisfaction of our clients and the well-being of our puppies. We offer a 6-month health guarantee*, and, in the unlikely event that a someone wishes to return a puppy, we offer a No Shame surrender policy.
We will gladly take the puppy back, at any age, in the event life circumstances change and you are no longer able to care for your beloved pet. We believe in building trust and ensuring that you can make a decision with confidence, knowing that we are here to support you.
